Electronic Delivery Enrollment

Registered Shareholders

You are a Registered Shareholder if you have your stock certificate in your possession or if the shares are being held with our transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services.

You will be directed to the BNY Mellon Shareowner Services website, Investor ServiceDirect (ISD). Log into your account by entering you 12-digit Investor ID (IID) and PIN number. Enrollment for electronic delivery of proxy materials can be found under Mlink. If you are using your IID online for the first time you will need to activate it through ISD and establish a PIN.

Beneficial Shareholders

You are a Beneficial Shareholder if you maintain your position in the Company within a brokerage account.

Foreign Investors

You are a Foreign Investor if you do not have a US/Canadian Social Security Number or Tax ID associated with your account.

401(k) Participants

You are a 401(k) Participant if you own shares in the PepsiCo 401(k) Plans.
